Job summary

Environment Protection Authority in Victoria is seeking a Payroll Advisor to deliver accurate payroll services across the employee lifecycle. You will work within the Employee Experience team, administering transactions, maintaining data integrity, and providing payroll advice to employees, leaders and stakeholders.

You will handle end-to-end payroll processes, apply legislation and industrial agreements, generate reports and support system improvements to drive service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering payroll services in a medium to large organisation.
• Experience using payroll and HR information systems, preferably SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
• Sound knowledge of payroll legislation, employment conditions and payroll practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end payroll and employee lifecycle transactions.
• Provide clear and responsive payroll advice and support.
• Complete reconciliations, validation and quality assurance activities.
• Apply relevant legislation, employment conditions and Enterprise Agreement provisions.
• Prepare payroll reports and investigate discrepancies.
• Support payroll system improvements and contribute to service excellence.
