Job description

You will provide payroll and employee administration support, including:

• Processing payroll accurately and on time
• Managing payroll-related payments and deductions
• Reviewing and maintaining employee time and attendance records
• Preparing payroll reports and supporting payroll administration activities
• Ensuring payroll processes comply with relevant workplace legislation, awards and employment agreements
• Responding to payroll enquiries from employees and leaders in a professional and timely manner

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in a payroll position within a medium to large organisation
• An understanding of employment agreements and payroll compliance requirements
• Experience working with high-volume payroll processes
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
• Experience with payroll or ERP systems will be highly regarded
