Job summary

Apple is seeking an experienced operations and partner-management leader to shape the partner experience across GCANZSEA. Based in Sydney, you will drive cross-functional initiatives with Business Development, Marketing, Technical and Legal teams to deliver seamless Wallet services.

You will own end-to-end onboarding of partners onto Apple Pay, govern programs, coordinate with payment networks, and continuously improve processes while building trusted relationships at senior levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years experience in operations, program management, or partner management — ideally within payments, fintech, or financial services.
• Ability to lead complex programmes with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong ability to distil complexity for senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Business Development, Technical, Marketing and Legal teams to optimise and grow existing partnerships — identifying opportunities to reduce friction and improve the user experience across Wallet services.
• Lead the end-to-end onboarding of partners onto the Apple Pay platform, including program governance, cadence management with payment network operators, process design, and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with partner organisations at senior and working levels, acting as a key point of contact for operational matters and ensuring partner needs are understood and addressed.
• Lead the coordination and delivery of complex operational projects, managing timelines, dependencies and stakeholder alignment across internal and external teams.
• Support the enablement of new platform features, and manage billing, reporting and testing activities with existing partners.
• Partner with the Marketing team to review marketing material, partner app UI/UX flows and customer communications, ensuring they meet Apple standards.
• Analyse operational processes, systems and tools to identify improvements — building the case for change and driving implementation.
