Mildura Health Private Hospital is seeking a Patient Fee Clerk to join our Administration and Reception team. This role supports the patient admission journey, handling patient fees, health fund details and reception duties in a busy hospital setting.

Required hours Mon, Tues, Fri 2.30pm - 8.30pm and Sat 8.30-4.00pm.

We are seeking a professional, compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Fee Clerk to join our Administration and Reception team, helping create a positive and seamless experience for our patients and visitors.
You will play a vital role in the patient admission journey, providing administrative support while ensuring accurate and efficient management of patient fees, health fund information and reception services.
You are approachable, dependable, and thrive in a busy environment
As a self-starter, you are confident working independently, demonstrating initiative and problem solving. You enjoy providing exceptional support to patients and visitors whilst maintaining a high standard of administrative accuracy and confidentiality. With excellent communication skills you bring a calm, professional approach to every interaction.
You have:
A minimum two years' experience in an administrative role including clerical and customer service duties.
Previous experience in the health sector (preferred but not essential).
Availability to work shifts across the roster, inclusive of evenings (8:30pm finishes) and weekends
