Job summary

Partnered Health Medical Centres is seeking a Full-Time Receptionist to welcome patients, support clinicians, and manage calls and bookings. The role provides a comprehensive orientation and ongoing support from the Practice Manager and team to ensure a high-quality patient experience.

Ideal candidates bring medical administration exposure, strong customer service, and good computer skills. Vaccination status is requested. This is a Monday–Friday position at our Mornington clinic.

Qualifications

• Previous medical administration or reception experience (well regarded).
• Exceptional customer service skills and cultural sensitivity.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Current vaccination and immunisation status.
• Intermediate computer knowledge and skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise work under pressure.

About the role:

You will be responsible for greeting our patients, supporting our doctors and nurses, answering calls, triage and booking appointments, billing, and administrative tasks. You receive a dedicated training program upon commencement, that includes a full orientation and induction, online compliance training, and support from your Practice Manager and colleagues.

We ensure that you have the necessary skills and training to provide consistent and quality patient service to ensure your success in the role.

What we need from you:
