Mildura Health Private Hospital is seeking a professional, compassionate Patient Fee Clerk to join the Administration and Reception team. You will manage patient fees, health fund information and reception services, ensuring a seamless patient experience.

Role requires at least two years of admin experience, with flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Full-time or part-time (minimum 4 days per week) opportunities available at our Mildura site.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in an administrative role including clerical and customer service duties.
• Health sector experience preferred but not essential.
• Availability to work shifts across roster, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support during patient admission, managing patient fees and health fund information.
• Assist with reception services and maintain accuracy and confidentiality of patient data.
• Support a positive patient and visitor experience through organized administration.
