Mater Private Hospital Redlands is offering a customer-focused Administrator opportunity. Shifts run 6:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Temporary Part-time employment until end of April with possible extension. You will provide high-quality administrative support to patients, visitors and clinical teams, working with the Administration Team Leader/Manager and broader multidisciplinary team to balance priorities and improve patient experience and data quality.
Mater Private Hospital Redlands has an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused Administrator. Shift times range from 6:00am through to 5:00pm Monday – Friday. The successful applicant will be offered Temporary Part time employment until end of April with possible extension. The shifts offered will ideally be 5 x 6 hour shifts and 1 x 8 hour shift per fortnight.
In this role you will be providing high-quality administrative support while contributing to the delivery of exceptional service for our patients, visitors and clinical teams.
Working closely with the Administration Team Leader/Manager and wider multidisciplinary team, you will proactively manage a range of administrative, business support and coordination activities. You will work with a degree of autonomy, balancing competing priorities while maintaining a strong focus on patient experience, data quality, operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
Salary range: $39.79 – $44.25 per hourplus superannuationand access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900+access to many staff benefits!
