Job summary

Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is seeking an experienced improvement professional to lead end-to-end project delivery across Modbury and Lyell McEwin Hospitals in Adelaide's northern region. You will drive clinical and operational improvements, embedding sustainable change through structured methodologies.

The role requires coordinating multidisciplinary teams, reporting to leadership, and maintaining a focus on quality and patient outcomes in a large public health setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex projects or improvement programs in health or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and health quality standards.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across clinical and non-clinical groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across clinical and operational improvement initiatives at Modbury and Lyell McEwin Hospitals.
• Apply structured improvement methodologies to design and embed sustainable change across services.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders and report progress to leadership.
