Qualifications

• Must hold current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Proven leadership experience in ambulatory/outpatient or community healthcare settings.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.
• Coordinate clinical services, pathways and care planning for seamless delivery.
• Manage workforce functions including recruitment, rostering and performance development.
• Oversee allocation of human, physical and financial resources.
• Drive quality improvement and service efficiency initiatives.
