Your day includes greeting patients, managing appointments and phone inquiries, coordinating clinicians' schedules, handling payments, and supporting the dental team to keep each day running smoothly while seeking ways to improve the patient experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as a dental receptionist is highly regarded.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, both in person and on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and making them feel comfortable
• Managing appointments, phone calls and patient enquiries
• Coordinating clinicians’ schedules
• Following up patients and helping them stay on track with their dental care
• Processing payments and general reception administration
• Working closely with our clinical team to keep each day running smoothly
• Looking for ways to continually improve the patient experience
