Dental Boutique in Mornington is seeking a Patient Coordinator to be the warm, welcoming face of our clinic. You will manage the patient journey from enquiry through to treatment, supporting scheduling, inquiries, and payments to deliver an exceptional client experience.

This role is customer service and sales-focused, ideal for building relationships, guiding decisions, and driving positive outcomes in a fast-paced team setting.

• Manage appointment scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs
• Handle phone and online enquiries with confidence and care
• Support patients through their treatment journey from initial enquiry to conversion
• Guide patients through financial processes, payment plans, and treatment costs with clarity
• Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks efficiently
• Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
