Job summary

Nova Dental Implant Centre in Geelong is seeking a relationship-focused Treatment Coordinator to guide patients through their treatment journey, explain options and help them move forward with life-changing dental care.

No dental experience is required as we provide training; the role emphasizes consultative B2C sales, trust-building and delivering an exceptional patient experience within a high-performance team.

Qualifications

• Experience in consultative business-to-consumer (B2C) sales.
• Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with customers.
• Experience in healthcare, medical sales or cosmetic clinics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Building strong relationships with patients throughout their treatment journey.
• Conducting patient consultations and understanding each patient's goals and concerns.
• Presenting clinician-recommended treatment options with confidence and empathy.
• Guiding patients through finance and payment options.
• Following up consultations and enquiries to help patients move forward with treatment.
• Managing your patient pipeline and maintaining accurate records.
• Working collaboratively with clinicians to deliver outstanding patient outcomes.
• Delivering an exceptional end-to-end patient experience.
