Qualifications

• Experience dealing with the public in a pleasant, helpful manner.
• Contact Centre or similar customer service experience (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Engage with the community and providing guidance on available services.
• Professionally interacting with internal Staff and Departments across all sites.
• Liaising with Eastern Health Doctors via a priority response line.
• Showing empathy and understanding on an individual basis.
• Thinking outside the box.
• Working well under pressure, reliable and flexible.
