Macquarie University Health is seeking an experienced Patient Services administrator to manage bookings, admissions and front desk operations on a busy campus. You will welcome patients, perform eligibility checks and liaise with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to support smooth admissions and a high standard of patient-centred care.

The Patient Services team is central to delivering a seamless and positive journey for every patient, supporting key touchpoints including bookings, pre-admission, front desk reception, switchboard and inpatient admissions. In this role, you will ensure patients are welcomed, informed and supported throughout their admission journey, while completing all required administrative processes accurately and efficiently. Working within a collaborative and supportive team, you will liaise closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to support the smooth operation of hospital services and uphold a consistently high standard of patient-centred care.
