Job summary

You will book and reschedule appointments, coordinate with secretaries and clinicians, and help with reminders and clinic administration to maintain smooth patient flow.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and verify demographics on the PAS system in a professional, courteous manner.
• Manage appointment bookings and reminders, and update patient records as required.
• Coordinate with clinicians, secretaries and admin staff to maintain smooth outpatient clinics.
• Arrange interpreters when needed and handle patient queries at reception.
• Prepare clinic paperwork and process travel expenses forms as requested.
