Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Patient Access Clerk to provide a dedicated outpatient administration and reception service. You will manage bookings and act as the first point of contact for patients and carers.

The role requires accurate data entry on PAS and other systems, professional communication, and the ability to work as part of a busy team across 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

• Experience in fast-paced outpatient administration is required.
• Ability to work as part of a team to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Provide reception and admin support for Outpatients using Partial and Full booking.
• Be first point of contact for Outpatient enquiries.
• Accurately record information on paper and computer systems.
• Book outpatient and inpatient appointments and maintain PAS records.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and professional image.
