Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Receptionist to support the Axess Sexual Health service across Liverpool and the Wirral. You will work across Liverpool city centre and Birkenhead Medical Building, handling patient check-ins, triage, and front-desk queries with a focus on excellent customer service.

Candidates should be proficient with Electronic Patient Record Systems and comfortable with a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience using Electronic Patient Record Systems.
• Experience in basic patient triage.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and check in patients across multiple sites (Liverpool city centre and Birkenhead Medical Building).
• Provide telephone triage and route inquiries to appropriate teams.
• Support reception duties and help maintain smooth patient flow.
