Job summary

Uncle Tetsu's Japanese Cheesecake Shop in Sydney is seeking a Pastry Cook to manage and operate pastry production lines, maintain product quality, and implement food safety procedures. You will plan and develop recipes, hire and train new pastry cooks, and record and manage inventory of raw materials, packages and kitchen equipment.

The role requires minimum 3 years as Pastry Cook, plus 2 years of supervising experience, and a certificate in pastry.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Pastry Cook.
• Additional 2 years of managing/supervising experience.
• Certificate of pastry relevant course.
• Work Authorisation: Australia.
• Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Sydney NSW 2000.
• Parental leave.
