Job summary

Edition Hospitality Pty Ltd – Sydney CBD NSW is seeking a Pastry Chef for NOMAD Sydney. You will work with experienced chefs to deliver a pastry program that highlights seasonal produce and technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Pastry Chef in a premium or hatted restaurant.
• Strong technical pastry skills with experience across plated desserts, preparation and service.

• Drive to learn, develop and contribute to a culture of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate pastry desserts with precision and consistency.

Working alongside experienced chefs in one of Sydney's most celebrated dining rooms, you'll contribute to a pastry offering that celebrates exceptional seasonal produce, technical excellence and thoughtful execution. Our ideal candidate will have

A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Pastry Chef in a premium or hatted restaurant.
