Prepare high-quality pastries in a fast-paced kitchen, support dining and event catering, and uphold HACCP and food safety practices. A patisserie trade qualification and strong presentation are essential. Flexible shifts across a 7-day roster are required.

Qualifications

• Proven pastry experience in a professional kitchen.
• A trade qualification in patisserie or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong attention to detail and presentation.

Responsibilities
