Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin seeks a Head Chef with Asian specialty experience to lead a high-volume kitchen. You will develop menus, mentor staff, and drive quality and profitability in a premium dining environment.

The successful candidate will oversee cost control, HACCP compliance, and the continuous evolution of contemporary Asian dining concepts while maintaining authenticity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale kitchen operations in high-volume, premium dining.
• Experience with multiple Asian cuisines (Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Malaysian).
• Strong leadership, mentoring and training abilities in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve menus showcasing authentic Asian flavours with modern techniques.
