Catholic Education, Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn Education Limited (CECGEL) seeks a Pastoral Care Coordinator to support student wellbeing across a year cohort. You will work with middle leaders to implement an innovative pastoral program beyond the standard curriculum.

You will lead Pastoral Care Teachers, drive wellbeing initiatives, and collaborate with campus leaders to enhance student growth and academic outcomes in a supportive Catholic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Teaching/Education or Master of Teaching is required.
• WWVP clearance is required.
• ACT TQI registration is required.
• Accreditation in accordance with Work Teach and Lead in Catholic Education Canberra and Goulburn policy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the wellbeing of students in the year cohort.
• Lead a team of Pastoral Care Teachers in developing and evaluating a pastoral program.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to support student growth and academic progress.
