Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in pastoral care for a designated group of students, ensuring wellbeing aligns with the school’s mission and values.
• Supervise teachers involved in student pastoral care, offering guidance and support for effective practices.
• Facilitate induction for new teachers within your area of responsibility or oversee induction by experienced staff.
• Monitor students’ holistic development and address concerns through appropriate measures.
• Coordinate efforts among staff focused on student welfare and align activities with the school’s ethos.
• Manage student behaviour in line with school policies to maintain a safe and respectful environment.
