St Mary MacKillop College, Canberra, is seeking a Pastoral Care Coordinator to support student wellbeing and personal development in a coeducational Catholic secondary school. This middle leadership role collaborates with staff, families and mid-level leaders to deliver a holistic pastoral program.

The role leads a team of Pastoral Care Teachers to implement and evaluate wellbeing content beyond the academic curriculum, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment.

Formación

• Bachelor of Teaching/Education or Master of Teaching required.
• WWVP clearance for ACT Working with Vulnerable People required.
• TQI registration required for ACT teaching.
• Accreditation per Canberra and Goulburn Catholic Education policies required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the wellbeing of students in the year cohort.
• Collaborate with Assistant Principal Pastoral Care and Director of Student Wellbeing.
• Lead a team of Pastoral Care Teachers to implement and evaluate the Pastoral Program.
• Support a caring, inclusive school environment across the campus network.

Educación

Bachelor of Teaching/Education or Master of Teaching

ACT Working with Vulnerable People clearance

ACT Teacher Quality Institute (TQI) registration

Accreditation in accordance with Work Teach and Lead in Catholic Education Canberra and Goulburn policy
