Job summary

Marble Group in Sydney is seeking experienced Passive Fire Technicians to join leading fire protection teams. You will install and inspect fire doors, frames, and hardware, install fire-rated walls, ceilings, and penetration seals, and ensure all work complies with Australian Fire Standards AS1851 and AS4072.

You will diagnose defects and complete digital service reports on-site. We offer a stable permanent role with strong job security, a supportive team culture, and clear career progression,

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in passive fire protection or fire door installation.
• Strong understanding of Australian Fire Standards and building compliance.
• Reliable work ethic with excellent attention to detail.

Looking for Experienced Passive Fire Technicians - Sydney

I am currently partnering with some of Sydney's leading fire protection companies who are looking to expand their teams with dedicated, safety-focused Passive Fire Technicians.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Installing and inspecting fire doors, frames, and hardware.


• Installing fire-rated walls, ceilings, and penetration seals.


• Ensuring all work fully complies with Australian Fire Standards (AS1851 & AS4072).


• Diagnosing defects and carrying out high-quality remediation work.


• Completing digital service reports and compliance logbooks on-site.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven hands-on experience in passive fire protection or fire door installation.


• Trade background desirable (Carpentry or building construction highly regarded).


• Strong understanding of Australian Fire Standards and building compliance.


• Valid NSW Driver's License and construction White Card.


• Reliable work ethic and excellent attention to detail.
