Trinity Academy Heathcote is seeking a motivated Early Childhood Educator to join our family-owned childcare centre in Heathcote, Victoria. This full-time role offers mentoring, ongoing training, and a supportive workplace culture designed to help educators grow professionally.

You will work with experienced early childhood professionals to provide high-quality care and educational experiences for young children, with opportunities to advance through traineeships or qualifications while

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent), or willingness to undertake a traineeship.
• Positive attitude, initiative and willingness to learn.
• Able to work in a team and collaborate with other educators.
• Passion for educating and caring for young children.
• Be able to work within the Centre's opening hours Monday to Friday 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
• Have adequate transport to attend shifts in Heathcote, Victoria.
• Experience with children is preferred.
• Current Victoria Working with Children Check.
• Current Child Safety Training (or willingness to complete prior to commencement).

Responsibilities

• Work as a Childcare Educator alongside experienced Early Childhood professionals to provide high-quality care and educational experiences for young children.
• Offer ongoing support, mentoring, and opportunities for professional growth through traineeships or further study.
