Depending on your qualification, experience and career goals, you may join us as an Assistant Educator, Room Leader, Early Childhood Teacher or Educational Leader.
Your responsibilities may include:
Building warm, respectful and positive relationships with children
Creating engaging and developmentally appropriate learning environments
Planning and implementing meaningful learning experiences
Observing, documenting and evaluating children's learning and development
Supporting children's physical, social and emotional wellbeing
Assisting children with daily routines, meals, rest and personal care
Developing positive and professional relationships with families
Working collaboratively with educators and centre leadership
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
Contributing to continuous improvement and quality practices across the service
We would love to hear from candidates who have:
Certificate III, Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an approved/equivalent qualification
A current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and/or relevant teacher accreditation where required
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, or willingness to obtain/update them as required
Child safety Gecko Training required.
Knowledge and understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Framework
An understanding of regulatory, child-safety and workplace health and safety requirements
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A professional, reliable and positive approach
A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning and development
