Job summary

Trinity Academy Ocean Shores is seeking a passionate Part-Time (or Casual) Childcare Educator. You will support play-based learning, help create a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong relationships with children and families.

Applicants should have a Certificate III or be studying toward an ACECQA approved qualification, with WWCC, child protection training, and current First Aid/CPR. Flexible scheduling and a supportive team are offered.

Qualifications

• Hold a Certificate III, or be currently studying toward an ACECQA approved qualification.
• Experience working in a childcare or early learning environment is preferred.
• Current NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC).
• Current Child Protection Training and Child Safety Training (or willingness to complete before start).
• Current First Aid and CPR qualifications, or willingness to obtain.

Trinity Academy Ocean Shores is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Part-Time (or Casual) Childcare Educator to join our supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for an educator who is either qualified with a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or currently studying towards an approved early childhood education and care qualification.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting the delivery of engaging, play-based learning experiences for children.
• Assisting in creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment.
• Building positive relationships with children, families, educators, and the wider community.
• Observing and contributing to the documentation of children's learning and development.
• Supporting the implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Assisting with daily routines, transitions, and care practices.
• Maintaining a high standard of health, safety, and wellbeing for all children.
• Participating in team meetings, professional development, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What we're looking for

• Experience working in a similar childcare or early learning environment is preferred.
