Trinity Academy Heathcote in Heathcote, Victoria, is seeking a passionate Cook to design and prepare nutritious, age-appropriate meals for children across the service, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–2:30pm. This role focuses on fresh, seasonal menus and dietary needs in a nurturing child-safe environment.

You'll hold a Certificate III in Cookery and relevant safety certificates, work collaboratively with educators, and maintain strong kitchen hygiene while managing orders and budgets.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Cookery and relevant safety certificates.
• Experience designing rotating menus for diverse dietary needs.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8:30am–2:30pm.

Responsabilités

• Develop and prepare nutritious, seasonal menus that meet children's needs.
• Cater for allergies and cultural dietary preferences.
• Prepare daily meals and snacks for children across the service.
• Manage food ordering, stock control, and kitchen budgets.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
• Collaborate with educators and centre leadership on menus.
