About the Role

As Centre Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the service while fostering a positive, collaborative culture. You will lead and mentor your team, ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework, and build strong relationships with families and the local community.

• Proven experience in a leadership role within early childhood education

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Passionate about delivering high-quality care and education
• Lead and manage overall centre performance, ensuring strong occupancy, team outcomes, and regulatory compliance.
• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Current Working With Children Check, First Aid, and relevant clearances
• Current Child Safety and Child Protection Training
