Job summary

Active Kids Early Learning Centre in Mount Gravatt East, QLD, Australia is seeking Casual Relief and Float Educators. You’ll join a warm, values-driven team focused on safety, wellbeing and high-quality early education.

The role offers flexible relief across shifts, with opportunities for professional growth and leadership support. Ideal candidates hold a Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or are studying toward it) and demonstrate passion for early years learning, plus

• Hold a Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or studying toward)
• Demonstrates leadership, initiative and a genuine passion for early years education
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations, the EYLF, and NQS
• Prioritises child safety, wellbeing and inclusive practices
• Is a collaborative team player committed to ongoing professional growth

Responsibilities

• Availability to work a range of shifts from 6:30am to 6:30pm, 5 days per week
• Contribute to a warm, inclusive team culture and high-quality education and care
• Support children’s safety, wellbeing and development on a daily basis

What We’re Looking For:

We are on the lookout for Educator's who:

• Holds a Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or studding towards

• Brings leadership, initiative, and a genuine passion for early years education

• Has a strong knowledge of industry regulations, the EYLF, and National Quality Standards

• Prioritises child safety, wellbeing, and inclusive practices in everything they do

• Is an inspiring team player and committed to continuous professional growth
