dnata is the world’s leading Ground Handler, recruiting for Casual Passenger Reduced Mobility (PRM) Agents to support the customer experience at Sydney International Airport. As a PRM Agent, you will provide professional and compassionate assistance to passengers who require additional support throughout their airport journey, including escorting passengers and assisting with mobility equipment.

Responsibilities

• Safely escort passengers throughout the terminal.
• Operate and manoeuvre mobility equipment as required.
• Assist passengers travelling to and from check-in, security, departure gates, aircraft and baggage collection areas.
• Support passengers with their personal belongings and baggage where its required.
• Assist connecting passengers to their onward flights.
• Provide clear, respectful and professional communication to passengers and airline representatives.
• Work closely with Service Delivery Supervisors, airline representatives and other airport teams to ensure a seamless passenger experience.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, security and passenger wellbeing at all times.

We are now recruiting for Casual Passenger Reduced Mobility (PRM) Agent's to support the customer experience.

As a PRM Agent, you will provide professional and compassionate assistance to passengers who require additional support throughout their airport journey.

Some of your duties include:

• Safely escort passengers throughout the terminal.
• Operate and manoeuvre mobility equipment as required.
• Assist passengers travelling to and from check-in, security, departure gates, aircraft and baggage collection areas.
• Support passengers with their personal belongings and baggage where its required.
• Assist connecting passengers to their onward flights.
• Provide clear, respectful and professional communication to passengers and airline representatives.
• Work closely with Service Delivery Supervisors, airline representatives and other airport teams to ensure a seamless passenger experience.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, security and passenger wellbeing at all times.

Note: This is a Casual opportunity, and you must be comfortable working rostered shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
