Perth Airport Pty Ltd is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to deliver high-quality, personalised customer service across multiple channels. You will collaborate with internal teams, maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce, and support process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, stakeholder liaison, and a commitment to exceptional service in a dynamic, 24/7 airport environment.

Experience responding to customer enquiries across phone, email, and social channels.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to maintain accurate customer records and data

Mansioni

Deliver high-quality customer service across phone, email, social media and other channels.
Monitor and respond to social media interactions ensuring standards and targets are met.
Coordinate and process customer refunds with stakeholders.
Maintain accurate customer information in Salesforce and related systems.
Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders for effective resolution.
Support Lost Property inquiries and other customer care activities as needed.
Contribute to customer experience initiatives and process improvements.
Assist with onboarding and support of new team members.
