Job summary

Boral Concrete in Perth is seeking an inspirational Customer Service Leader to manage a team of 10 across order intake, truck scheduling and customer queries. Based at Perth Airport, you will oversee daily allocations for our Western Australia operations and help shape service delivery and team culture.

You will mentor the Customer Service Centre, resolve issues, partner with production to maximise service, and build lasting relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing training and mentorship to the Customer Service Centre team.
• Resolve customer queries and drive solutions to meet expectations.
• Partner with production to maximise service.
• Provide product information and help improve customer interactions by building meaningful, long term relationships.
• Assist with capturing orders and coordinating dispatch and timely delivery of products.
