Qualifications

• Experience leading a Parts team or similar leadership role.
• Experience in a dealership, machinery, automotive, or related environment.
• Strong inventory management and stock accountability.
• Excellent customer service and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dealer management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and develop the Parts team
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Parts department
• Provide sales and parts interpretation support to internal and external customers
• Manage parts quoting, purchasing, invoicing and inventory processes
• Maintain strong inventory accountability and support stocktakes
• Deliver a high level of service and support to our customers and partners
• Drive a culture of safety, teamwork and continuous improvement
• Work closely with the wider branch team to support business and customer needs
