Job summary

RDO Equipment Gatton, a John Deere dealership, is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead our Parts team and oversee day-to-day operations. The role involves providing sales and parts interpretation support to internal and external customers, managing quoting, purchasing, invoicing and inventory, and maintaining strong inventory accountability.

You will drive safety, teamwork and continuous improvement while working closely with the wider branch to support business and customer needs.

What You’llBe Doing

As Parts Manager, you will:

• Lead, support and develop the Parts team
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Parts department

What We’reLooking For

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous leadership or team management experience
• Has previous parts experience within a dealership, machinery,automotive or similar environment
• Has a strong understanding of inventory management and stockaccountability
• Brings maturity, positivity and an excellent work ethic
• Delivers excellent customer service and maintains a professionalapproach
• Has intermediate Microsoft Office skills and the ability to becomeproficient in parts interpretation and dealer management software
• Is a proactive leader who takes ownership and drives results
• Can build a positive, collaborative and high-performing teamenvironment
