Job summary

RDO Equipment Australia in Gatton is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead the Parts team at our John Deere dealership.

What You'll Be Doing

As Parts Manager, you will:

• Lead, support and develop the Parts team
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Parts department

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous leadership or team management experience
• Has previous parts experience within a dealership, machinery, automotive or similar environment
• Has a strong understanding of inventory management and stock accountability
• Brings maturity, positivity and an excellent work ethic
• Delivers excellent customer service and maintains a professional approach
• Has intermediate Microsoft Office skills and the ability to become proficient in parts interpretation and dealer management software
• Is a proactive leader who takes ownership and drives results
• Can build a positive, collaborative and high-performing team environment
