Job summary

RDO Equipment Gatton, a John Deere dealership, is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead our Parts team and oversee day-to-day operations. The role involves providing sales and parts interpretation support to internal and external customers, managing quoting, purchasing, invoicing and inventory, and maintaining strong inventory accountability.

You will drive safety, teamwork and continuous improvement while working closely with the wider branch to support business and customer needs.

• Experience leading a Parts team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and develop the Parts team.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Parts department.
