Job summary

Truckline is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join our Tamworth branch. You will help customers identify and source the right parts to keep heavy vehicles on the road.

Working with a supportive team, you will provide exceptional service to trade, fleet and workshop customers, process orders accurately, prepare quotations and follow up sales opportunities to help meet branch targets.

Qualifications

• Previous Parts Interpreting experience in automotive/truck/commercial vehicle is highly regarded.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
• Good computer literacy and administration skills.
• Current driver's licence.
• Mechanical aptitude or interest in vehicles is highly regarded.

• Interpret and identify heavy vehicle parts requirements.
