Job summary

Truckline, part of Bapcor Commercial Vehicle Group, is seeking a customer-focused Parts Interpreter in Brendale, QLD. You will identify parts needs, advise customers, and coordinate with suppliers, warehouse and branch teams to ensure accurate orders and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities include handling quotations, maintaining relationships with trade and fleet customers, and contributing to branch sales targets while delivering outstanding service daily.

Qualifications

• Previous Parts Interpreting experience within automotive, truck or related industries.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Good computer and administration skills.
• A current driver's licence.
• Mechanical aptitude or interest in vehicles and transport.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Description

As a Parts Interpreter, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping identify the right parts and providing expert support to keep commercial vehicles on the road.

You'll work closely with customers, suppliers, warehouse teams and colleagues to deliver outstanding service while contributing to the success of the branch.
