Job summary

North Jacklin, a locally owned dealership serving the Mackay region for nearly 70 years, is seeking a parts interpreter. Based on the doorstep of the Whitsundays, the role involves handling external customer parts enquiries, quoting, and ordering, interpreting genuine parts and accessories, and assisting with stock management.

You must be computer literate, have parts experience (preferably in a dealership), and work well in a team. An above award salary package will be offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive parts within a dealership is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Must be computer literate and able to work in a team.
• Experience with parts enquiries, quoting and ordering.

North Jacklin is a professional, locally owned business which has been operating in the Mackay region for nearly 70 years. On the door step of the beautiful Whitsundays and boasting one of the best climates in Australia, the dealership comprises of the Suzuki, Nissan, Subaru, Mitsubishi, Honda, BYD, KGM and Fotonfranchises. Due to the increased growth of the business, an additionalparts interpreteris required for immediate start.

The successful applicant will be accountable for the following areas:

• External customer parts enquiries, quoting and ordering
• Genuine parts interpretation & Accessories
• Assisting with stock management

To acquire the aforementioned position you, the applicant, must be computer literatehave previous parts experience, preferably in a dealership. You must be well presented and have excellent communication skills. Self-motivation and the ability to work as part of a team is also a must.

The successful applicant will be well remunerated with anabove award salary package.
