Pacific Gympie Dealership Group is hiring a Junior Parts Interpreter to join the busy Parts Department. No previous parts interpreting experience required, with full on-the-job training provided. Opportunity to obtain a nationally recognised qualification in automotive parts interpreting.

• Current driver’s licence or working towards one.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of automotive parts interpreting.
• Identify and source automotive parts and accessories.
• Assist technicians and workshop staff with parts requirements.
• Serve customers at the parts counter and over the phone.
• Process parts orders, invoices and stock enquiries.
• Receive, check and organise incoming stock.
• Pick and prepare parts for workshop jobs and customer orders.
• Learn manufacturer parts catalogues and dealership systems.
• Maintain a clean, organised and efficient Parts Department.

About the Role

Ideally, you will have:
