RDO Equipment is seeking a Parts Interpreter for the John Deere team in Caboolture. This role offers a supportive, collaborative environment and opportunities to learn and grow as part of a leading dealer of world-class brands.

Whether you’re experienced in parts or just starting out, we’ll train the right person and support you every step of the way. You will provide parts interpretation, assist customers, and help maintain stock and merchandising standards on site.

• Mechanically minded with an interest in agriculture or equipment.
• Good computer skills and the confidence to pick up new systems.
• A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn.
• Reliable work ethic with a team‑first mindset.
