Qualifications

• Experience as a Parts Interpreter in automotive/heavy equipment.

Velocity Truck Centres Burpengary is on the lookout for a service-driven, team-focused Parts Interpreter to become a valued member of our growing Parts team!

As the friendly face of our department, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service—both in person and over the phone. You’ll expertly identify and interpret parts for light and heavy commercial vehicles, manage orders and transactions, and work closely with suppliers to keep everything running smoothly.

If you’re an experienced automotive Parts Interpreter who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and knows their way around parts catalogues, this role is made for you.

About The Role:

• Provide timely, expert parts advice to customers and our workshop—face to face and over the phone
• Accurately interpret all parts manuals and catalogues
• Process orders, manage transactions and coordinate with suppliers for prompt delivery
• Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Stay up to date with parts inventory, availability and product knowledge

About You:

• Demonstrated experience as a Parts Interpreter within the automotive or heavy equipment industries
• Experience with Japanese, American or European trucks will be highly regarded
