Job summary

Truckline, part of Bapcor, is seeking a customer-focused Parts Interpreter for our Tamworth branch. You will help customers identify and source the right parts for heavy vehicles, building strong relationships and delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Previous Parts Interpreting experience within automotive, truck, commercial vehicle or related industries is highly regarded.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
• Good computer literacy and administration skills.
• Current driver's licence.
• Mechanical aptitude or an interest in vehicles will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and identify heavy vehicle parts requirements.
• Provide exceptional service to trade, fleet and workshop customers.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare quotations and follow up sales opportunities.
• Maintain and develop strong customer relationships.
• Work closely with warehouse and branch teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Assist with inventory enquiries and stock availability.
