Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd invites applications for a permanent Parts Expeditor role in Rockhampton. This Monday–Friday position supports workshop activities by sourcing, expediting and coordinating parts to meet schedules.

You will manage purchase orders, liaise with Caterpillar and suppliers, monitor availability and backorders, and keep accurate records across our parts systems while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and stakeholder updates.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent customer service, interpersonal skills and phone manner.
• The ability to acquire knowledge of CAT and associated products, parts and services.
• Intermediate computer skills and an ability to learn the business systems that we operate.
• High level of attention to detail, coupled with well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous parts or automotive experience would be desirable.

• Maintain accurate records and reporting across business systems and parts tracking tools.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on parts status, delivery timelines and potential risks.
• Support continuous improvement through proactive problem-solving and process management.
