Job summary

WesTrac is seeking a Parts Representative to join their Tamworth team on a fulltime basis. The successful candidate will work a 10.5-hour shift on a Monday-Friday schedule, with occasional Saturday shifts, and is available on either day shift or afternoon shift.

Responsibilities include providing high-quality customer support, warehousing tasks, stocktaking, and dispatching parts. The role emphasises accurate parts interpretation and proactive customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Forklift license and drivers licence C desirable.
• Experience in warehousing and familiarity with CAT products desirable.
• Interest in mechanical and industrial products desirable.
• Strong customer service skills and dedication to customer service.
• Intermediate computer literacy – MS Office and internet-based applications.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal.

Responsibilities

• Operate the forklift to perform duties such as loading and unloading.
• Be the first point of contact for inbound call management and customers ordering parts.
• Interpret parts to understand what will suit the customer's needs.
• Engage with customers to ensure enquiries and their post purchase needs are met.
• Participate in regular stocktakes.
• Assist in general warehousing duties including picking, packing and dispatching parts.
