Lyka in Australia is seeking an exceptional Partnerships Manager to build and scale a brand-new sub-channel within our Professional Affiliates program – Behaviourists and Dog Trainers. You’ll identify, educate, and onboard high-quality partners who align with our mission and contribute to Lyka’s growth.

You’ll own the full partner lifecycle, shape GTM and outreach tactics, build a robust HubSpot pipeline, and collaborate with Strategy, Marketing, and Sales Ops to deliver measurable outcomes in a

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Channel Partnerships or Outbound Sales in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record building partner relationships from scratch and hitting ambitious targets.
• Experience developing and executing GTM and engagement plans with measurable actions.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and secure Behaviourists and Dog Trainers across Australia.
• Own end-to-end acquisition cycle from research to close with a scalable playbook.
• Build and manage a strong HubSpot pipeline with hygiene, forecasting and prioritisation.
• Meet onboarding and referral targets monthly and quarterly.
• Collaborate on GTM strategy, value proposition, messaging and campaigns.
• Lead partner onboarding and ensure long-term success with Account Managers.
