Job summary

Lyka Pet Food Pty is seeking a Partnerships Manager for the Veterinary Channel. This field-based role (~4–4.5 days/week) focuses on building trusted clinic relationships, delivering education, and expanding Lyka’s brand in Australian veterinary clinics.

You will drive BRMO/BUMO growth, manage clinic visits, events, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure a positive clinic experience and sustained revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in face-to-face business development and sales within healthcare/veterinary
• Ability to translate scientific evidence into compelling selling messages for professional channels
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for all levels of an organisation
• Analytical mindset with data-driven sales strategy
• Self-motivated, highly organised, adaptable to fast-paced environments
• Love for animals and passion for pet wellbeing

Responsibilities

• Build deep clinic-specific relationships through regular field visits and customised engagement plans.
• Plan and execute a pipeline of educational visits, product discussions, lunch-and-learns, and clinic trials to grow BRMO/BUMO and clinic revenue.
• Serve as primary clinic contact, providing timely support and cross-functional collaboration for a seamless Lyka experience.
• Manage customer acquisition budget to optimise CAC and maximise return.
• Analyse territory performance, acquisition data, BRMO/BUMO metrics, and clinic feedback to refine approach.
• Own territory P&L and drive growth while ensuring budget efficiency.
• Participate in conferences, veterinary schools, and events to grow Lyka’s profile and partnerships.
