Lyka is seeking a Partnerships Manager to build trusted relationships with veterinary clinics and drive measurable growth across NSW and Sydney-area clinics. The role focuses on educational engagement, product discussions, and brand presence within professional channels.

You will translate scientific evidence into compelling messages, manage budgets, and analyse territory performance while representing a startup that prioritises pet health and sustainability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in face-to-face BD and sales within healthcare or veterinary fields.
• Ability to translate scientific evidence into compelling selling messages.
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach.
• Self-motivated, highly organised, adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Develop clinic relationships through field visits and engagement plans in the territory.
• Plan educational visits, product discussions, lunch-and-learns, and clinic trials to grow BRMO/BUMO and clinic revenue.
• Serve as the primary contact for clinics and coordinate with cross-functional teams for a seamless clinic experience.
